From the moment we contacted Ross at CCS, the process has been a smooth one. The initial paperwork was handled professionally and communication was excellent. We needed a cleaning company to start cleaning our office on a weekly basis and Ross could not have been more helpful, they came down to view the office and made a plan with us for what day and time cleaning would take place, the costings and service was outlined very clearly and they are always available for contact if i have any questions. We also had an emergency depot issue which forced us to move to a different premises at very short notice and Ross and his team where super responsive and managed to get a cleaner out within 24h to do an initial clean for us. Nothing negative to say as Cleaner is always punctual and professional but also a lovely person to have a chat with when she is on site. Definitely a great company and well worth a shot if you’re looking for a fairly priced cleaning company for your business office!

Yes our public liability insurance is £5,000,000 and our Employers Liability insurance is £10,000,000.
Yes our cleaners are allocated jobs so it will be the same person who cleans with the exception of holidays and sickness where we aim to provide cover. This has the benefit of our staff being responsible and accountable for their own jobs and also ensures they know exactly what is required and expected by each client.

Absolutely, all staff are inducted for the relevant work they will be carrying out.
Cleaning products are provided as part of the cleaning contract and janitorial supplies can be supplied as required by the client.
